College can be stressful and demanding. Students may often experience a variety of mental health issues – personal, social, emotional, and adjustment issues that require assistance. Students may need additional support to meet these challenges.

The MCC Student Counseling Center offers both individual and crisis counseling. The Center can also assist students with referrals to off-campus resources, if necessary. Students may schedule an appointment by calling 254-299-8210 or by coming to the Counseling Center located in the Wellness & Fitness building, Room 101. MCC Student Counseling Center hours are 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Crisis Counseling / Mental Health Emergencies
Assistance is available for students experiencing a crisis/mental health emergency by a Licensed Professional Counselor who is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. You may reach the MCC Student Counseling Center by calling 299-8210 during office hours, or by contacting MCC Campus Police at 299-8911.
